Delete your AuraCat account

AuraCat gives every user a clear way to delete account data, cat profiles, cat photos, generated outputs, and app-install device mappings.

Fastest path

  1. 1. Open the AuraCat app.
  2. 2. Go to Account & Subscription.
  3. 3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4. Confirm the deletion sheet.

The app flow verifies your active session before deleting data and immediately signs the device out after the server accepts the request.

Email request

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your AuraCat account. Include the subject line "Delete my AuraCat account".

Delete some data without deleting your account

You do not have to close your AuraCat account to remove data.

Delete one cat profile, in the app. Open the cat in Cat Profile, tap the ••• button in the top corner, and choose Delete. This removes that cat profile and the source photo you uploaded for it, and frees the profile slot. The Catsona artwork and theme song already generated for that cat stay in your Memories library — deleting a profile never takes away content you paid for.

Anything else, by email. To remove specific generated artwork, songs, videos, or other data while keeping your account, email privacy@auracat.app from the address linked to your AuraCat account and tell us what to remove.

Either way, the data you ask us to remove is tombstoned within 24 hours and permanently deleted within 30 days. Limited purchase and ledger audit records are kept for tax, billing-dispute, refund, and fraud-prevention reasons, and Cat Treats already spent are not restored.

What happens next

Account deletion makes the account immediately unusable. AuraCat revokes sessions, removes app-install device mappings, deletes the linked Supabase Auth user when one exists, and tombstones the account row.

Personal data is tombstoned within 24 hours and permanently deleted within 30 days, except limited audit records we must retain for tax, billing-dispute, refund, and fraud-prevention reasons.
