Delete your AuraCat account
Request account deletion in the app or by email. You can also remove a cat profile or request removal of particular creations while keeping your account.
Fastest path
- 1. Open the AuraCat app.
- 2. Go to Account & Subscription.
- 3. Tap Delete Account.
- 4. Confirm the deletion sheet.
The app flow verifies your active session before deleting data and immediately signs the device out after the server accepts the request.
Email request
If you cannot access the app, email us from your linked account address, if you have one. Use the subject "Delete my AuraCat account". If you have no linked email, contact us for an account-verification path. Do not send passwords, reset links or payment credentials.

You do not have to close your AuraCat account to remove data.
Delete one cat profile, in the app. Open the cat in Cat Profile, tap the ••• button in the top corner, and choose Delete. This removes that cat profile and the source photo you uploaded for it, and frees the profile slot. The Catsona artwork and theme song already generated for that cat stay in your Memories library — deleting a profile never takes away content you paid for.
Anything else, by email. To remove specific generated artwork, songs, videos, or other data while keeping your account, email privacy@auracat.app and tell us what to remove. We will verify the request using a linked email or another supported account-verification path.
Removing a cat profile keeps its existing creations in Memories. Removal of those creations requires a separate request. Spent Cat Treats are not automatically restored when you choose to remove content.
What happens next
Once the server accepts an in-app deletion, your account is immediately disabled, sessions and installation mappings are removed, and associated data is removed from normal app access. Source photos and generated media are queued for storage deletion after a 24-hour grace period. App access removal and storage deletion are separate steps.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except records retained for necessary billing, fraud-prevention, security or legal purposes. Limited purchase and ledger records may be retained for up to 7 years. Provider-held data and managed backups follow their own retention rules.
Save any creations you want to keep before deleting your account. Deletion removes access to its remaining Cat Treats and Premium entitlement. It does not cancel a monthly store subscription: cancel that separately through Apple or Google Play to stop renewal. Uninstalling the app also does not delete your server account.
